Kate is responsible for the staffing, operations and technology of the firm. She helps Mylestone retain top employee talent by building a culture that emphasizes training, professional development, and recognition. She also helps to maintain a consistent and reliable work environment through a focus on technology, task management, workflows, processes and communication.
Kate has 13 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining Mylestone, she worked at Moors & Cabot, in Boston; as a Fund Representative for Merrill Lynch; a Transition Manager for ING/Financial Network; a Trust Administrator for Wachovia, and a Senior Operations Specialist with Fortigent/LPL Financial.
She has been registered with the Series 6, 7 and 66 securities licenses and earned a Green Belt in Six Sigma. She was also formerly certified as an AFAA Personal Trainer. Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Hamilton College, in Clinton, N.Y.
Kate is active in the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, and enjoys swimming and cross training. A native of Olney, Md., she is married with two children.
